Bringing a defining moment in tech history to life through motion.

Building on the visual identity created by Gianni Scarpino Candy, I served as the sole motion designer on this project, collaborating closely with Gianni and a small group of stakeholders to translate the acquisition into a cohesive visual narrative - one designed to welcome, unite, and celebrate the newly expanded organisation.

The pacing was deliberately crafted to serve the story, easing at key moments to give each group its own space to be recognised and celebrated, reinforcing that every team had a meaningful part to play in the company's next chapter.

The animation was created without sound, as it played live alongside Phil Spencer's on-stage announcement confirming the acquisition - letting his words carry the moment while the visuals reinforced it.
